Now & Later is a sonic car ride that takes you from a city soundscape and ends emotionally in reflection on a Malibu beach. When curating the track-list my main goal was to highlight my heightened sense of self-awareness and use that as a means to connect with new listeners. You’ll know why I got into rap, hear about my anxiety surrounding waisting time and wanting to “make it”, how I know I’m toxic in relationships and trying to change but can’t, - I even hip to you to favorite boba smoothie combo on this joint. The project title is an affirmation that real people gone feel this shit cuz it’s me being real. Not trying to be cool or trendy. Just me - my mic and my pen ✍🏾
