Webster's dictionary defines expression as an act, process, or instance of representing in a medium. OR something that manifests, embodies, or symbolises something else. Expressions are necessary tools for giving clarity in communication. Most times we do comprehend a piece of information in a better way When objects, illustrations and symbols are used rather than mere words. In other words, I can speak a thousand words with just a straightforward illustration or an object or a symbol etc., which will be well understood as compared to the words. This form of illustration which we can also call representations is theologically defined or called Typology.
